About Us
CoB Empowerment Inc. is a community-based organization that uses a holistic approach to promote health equity by dismantling systems of division and bridging the gap of socioeconomic sustainability. We are here to improve health outcomes by providing education to equip the next generation with the resources needed to develop the infrastructure to successfully impact our community.
What is Health Equity ?
Health equity refers to the concept of ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to attain their highest level of health, regardless of social, economic, or environmental factors. It emphasizes the absence of systematic disparities in health and healthcare between different groups, especially those that are economically or socially disadvantaged. In essence, health equity means that everyone has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible.
What is CoB ?
Crown of Beauty (CoB) is a safe space to educate, empower, and equip our community with information to address the disparities that restrict opportunities for optimal health. We are empowered to eradicate the barriers and live free as royalty. Then do we wear our crowns with confidence and security!
